Accounts Reports with Inventory Details in Tally PRIME

After entry of Vouchers / Invoices with Inventory Details, at the respective Accounts Report like Cash / Bank Book, Ledger, etc,  explained earlier

Select GoT>Display More Reports>Inventory Books  to get Inventory Books menu (F-1A) to get various Inventory Reports, as explained next.

To view Accounts Reports with Inventory details, click F12:Configure at the respective Report display screen and set Yes at Show Inventory Details (F-1B).

Inventory Reports in English

This way, Inventory details may be printed even in Account Books like Cash Book, Bank Book, Journal Books, Ledger Book, where applicable (F-2A / F-2B).

Stock Item Ledger

At Inventory Books Menu (GoT>Display More Reports>Inventory Books), select Stock Item (F-1A) and then select a Stock Item to get Monthly Break Up of the Stock Item. Select a Month. Click F2 : Period button and set the period to get Stock Item Ledger.

Click F12:Configure button and set the options(F-5A).

Click B:Basis of Valuation button and set the Valuation Method (F-6B) / Godown Types (F-6A) / Voucher Types (F-6C) from the list.

Godown Register

At Inventory Books Menu (GoT>Display More Reports>Inventory Books), select Godowns  (F-1A) and then select a Godown (or select Primary to get Report of all Godowns). Click F2 : Period and set the period to get Godown Summary.

Stock Group Summary

At Inventory Books Menu (F-4A), select Group Summary and select a Stock Group (select Primary for all Groups).

Inventory Reports – Key Points

  • GoT>Display More Report>Account Books से  Cash / Bank Book, Ledger, Journal, Sales Register, Purchase Register, Debit Note Register, Credit Note Register select कर , F12 से  Configuration में  Show Inventory Details में  Yes set कर  Accounts Books में  Inventory Details Display / Print करे .
  • GoT> Display More Report>Statement of Inventory>Movement Analysis menu से  Stock Group Analysis  और  Stock Item Analysis Display / Print करे
  • GoT>Stock Summary से  Stock Group और  Stock Item के  summary Display / Print करे
  • GoT> Display More Report>Inventory Books menu से  Stock Group और  Godown के  Inventory Report print करे
  • GoT> Display More Report>Inventory Books menu से  Stock Journal और  Physical Stock Voucher Register print करे
