Capture the Screen Shots
For the give Tally PRIME Project, enter data in each filed and Capture the screen shot.
In Windows 10, click Win+PrtScr button together. The entire screen shot will be saved at Pictures>Screenshots folder. The step may differ according to version of the Windows Operation System

Here, we show you the screen shots of Company creation with sample data. You should rename the image files, according to the sequence, shown below the respective image.
Screenshots Folder
Th screen shot will be saved in folder (normally at Pictures>Screenshots folder). Windows will save them according to their own generated sequence numbered file id.

The filenames of each screenshot is shown below the images. You should rename the file in this pattern for your Project
Audio Recording
After renaming the image file properly, open each image and record Audio in your smart phone. View the image and record audio explaining the image
This way, create separate Audio files for each Image. Rename the Audio files same as image files.
