Training-Interview-Work From Home

Candidates have to undergo the following stages for Training to Job

1. Study from the recommended Books and Free digital resources.

[To learn, the Candidate has to work on a Computer with Tally PRIME software (visit a Cyber Café / Training Institute in your locality to hire computer time].  

2. Complete the Practical assignments from the following links

Basic Financial Accounting

Financial Accounting (Tally-Prime-FA)

Basic Inventory Accounting

Invoicing & Inventory (Tally-Prime-Inv)

Basic GST Accounts in Tally – Practical Assignments

Practical Assignments – GST Accounts – Tally

Basic Payroll Accounting

Payroll Accounting – (Tally-Prime-PA)

3. Send the Assignment Files by email

• Data Screenshots : Enter data and Capture each screenshot. Rename the screenshot (image) files as per Question Number and serial number (like 01-01-S01, 01-01-S02, .. etc).
• Report Preview Screenshots : Instead of Printing Reports in Printer, click I:Preview button, Click Zoom and capture screenshot of the Preview Report . Rename the Report file as per Question Number and serial number (like 01-01-R01, 01-01-R02, .. etc).
• Data Back Up : Take Back up of the data files.
• Create Zip file and email : Create a Zip file of the Data and Report Preview screen shots, and Data Back Up, as per your Roll Number and Name. Now email to dvidyamail@gmail.com, attaching the zip file. 

Certificate : This way, the candidate will complete all the assignments, one after another.  We will review the work. After successful completion of assignments, the Candidate will be intimated by email with a nicely designed Course Completion Certificate (no FEE charged). The Candidate may get the Certificate printed from a good Printing shop.

Interview : After Course completion, candidate would  invited to appear for on-line Interview, on turn, on the basis of performance in the Assignments.

Work from Home Job :  After Interview, successful candidates may be offered Project Work on Tally PRIME (subject to availability, on turn basis). Candidates will be paid for each correctly completed Project Work.

Job Placement : Depending on performance in Project, candidates would be referred to business houses, for Job opportunities. Till then, we may continue to offer Work From Home Project Work, subject to candidate’s performance and availability of Project work.
