Job Order Out Summary report displays Summary of all Outstanding Job work Out orders (Job Order Out raised on Job Workers towards which the raw materials are pending for Issue to Jobbers and Finished Materials to be received from Jobbers).

Report Contents : Job Order Outstanding Summary Reports display the summary of all the Job work orders which are outstanding. The contents and format of both the Job Order Outstanding Summary reports referred above are similar, as described below :
- Stock Item : At Particulars, the Stock Item Name is displayed
- Order Quantity : At Ordered Quantity, the Order Quantity is shown
- Balance Quantity : At Balance Quantity, the Order Balance Quantity as on the Report end date (by default, the Current Balance Quality as) is shown

AtJob Order Outstanding Summary Reports, click F12:Configure to get Job Order Outstanding Summary Configuration screen, to set the Configuration Options as follows
- Outstanding Orders : At Show Outstanding Orders, set:
- Yes to show only Balance Outstanding Order details
- No. to show Order & Balance Outstanding Order details
- Cleared Orders : At Show Cleared Orders, set:
- Yes to show the details of Cleared Order (orders which have been fully executed and here is no Balance are also shown)
- No. to show Outstanding Orders only (orders which have been fully executed and here is no Balance are NOT shown)

- Order Number: Job Order numbertowards which the material movement (Out/In) Voucher is recorded.
- Delivery Challan Number: Voucher number of the Material out voucher through which the materials are transferred against the Job Order.
- Date of Dispatch: Date of materials movement voucher.
- Description of Goods dispatched: Name of the stock items in the movement voucher
- Quantity Dispatched to Job Worker: Quantity of each goods transferred
- Name and Address of Job Worker: Jobworker Name on whom the order is raised.
- Nature of Processing Required: Nature of Processing required, as entered in Party Details of Material In / Out voucher.
- Goods Received from Job Worker: Finished Goods/Scrap/By-Products/Co- Products) received from the Job Worker
- Quantity Received form Job Worker: This column displays the Quantity of Finished Goods received.
- Job Worker’s Delivery Challan No. and Date: Job worker’s Delivery Challan Number and Date entered in the Material In Voucher.
- Factory GRN/GRRNo. and Date: Shows the Voucher Number and Date of Material In / Out voucher.
- Shortages if any: Shows the details of Shortages recorded in Voucher
- Wastage/Scrap at the end of Job worker: Quantity of wastage and scrap produced during the manufacture of Finished Goods.
- Duty Paid on Shortages/Scrap/Wastage: Displays the details of Excise Duty paid (on Excisable Goods, if any) on the Shortage/ scrap/Wastage
- Remarks: Remark as the Job Order is closed.

- Job Work Party Stock Report in Tally : This Report displays the details of stock received from different Principal Manufacturer. At Stock (Job Work In) Menu , select From Party to get Stock From Party Report. It shows the details of stock received from different Principal Manufacturer.
- Job Work Jobber Stock Report in Tally Stock: This Report displays the details of stock lying with different Jobbers. At Stock Against (Job Work Out) Menu , select With Job Worker to get Stock With Jobber Report

Configuration: At Stock From Party / Stock With Jobber Reports , click F12:Configure to get Configuration screen , to set the following Options :
- Quantity : At Show Quantities, set Yes to show Quantity column, else set No (Quantity column is not shown)
- Rate : At Show Rates, set Yes to show Rate column, else set No (Rate column is not shown)
- Value : At Show Value, set Yes to show Value column, else set No (Value column is not shown)
You must set Yes at least one of the above options

- F4:Group : To select Account Group (Sundry Debtor / Sundry Creditor). Th Parties under the selected Group will be listed (this option is available for when F5:Partywise option is selected)

These Reports show the Age of Stock (period of stock lying)
- Job Work In Age Analysis : This Report shows the time period of each Stock Item of Principals lying with the Jobber. At At Stock (Job Work In) Menu, select Ageing Analysis to get Ageing Analysis of Stock Against Job Work In.
- Job Work Out Ageing Analysis : This Report shows the time period of each Stock Item lying with Jobber. At At Stock (Job Work Out) Menu , select Ageing Analysis to get Ageing Analysis of Stock Against Job Work Out.
On selecting the option, select the Stock Group from the list of Stock Group (select All Items for all Stock Items). The Age Analysis Report for the Stock Items under the selected Stock Group will be displayed, as per Ageing period set.
