Funds Flow Statement in Tally

In Accounting parlance, Funds flow Statement shows refers to statement showing heads of sources and Application of Fund in the organisation for s specified period.

Funds Flow Statement in Tally

In Tally, Funds Flow Statement shows periodical change in Working capital.

At Cash & Funds Flow menu , select Funds Flow to get the Funds Flow statement showing month wise Opening and Closing Balance of  Working Capital and change of Working Capital and the flow of Funds (i.e difference in Opening & Closing Working Capital.

At Fund Flow statement, click F12:Configure to get Fund Flow configuration screen,

Now set as below:

Average Details : At Show Average Details :

  • Set Yes to show the Average figures of each column shown (as per selected Periodicity), at the Average line (last line after Grand Total:
  • Set No. Average line at the bottom of the Report is not shown

Funds Flow Summary in Tally

At Funds Flow statement , drill down through the respective period record, to get Funds Flow Summary , showing details of Source and Application of Funds, for the selected period.

At Fund Flow Summary statement, click F12:Configuration to get Fund Flow Configuration screen, to set the following options :

Vertical Funds Flow : At Show Vertical Funds Flow Summary :

  • Set Yes to show Funds Flow Statement in Vertical Format showing Sources & Application of Fund
  • Set No to show Funds Flow Statement in Normal Format showing Working Capital chnages

Funds Flow – Sources and Application of Fund

At Funds Flow Summary Configuration , set Yes at Show Vertical Funds Flow Summary, to get Vertical Funds Flow Summar  Statement.
